All of our products are made in small batches and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Your satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns on new, unopened UZIMA products. Simply return the item within 10 days of receipt. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Please reach out to us at customercare@uzima.co with your order number and reason for return or exchange to start the process. Sets, limited edition items, and items on sale are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
