How can I check the status of my order?

You can log in to your "My Account" area to see all your orders and check their status.

How long after I place my order can I expect it to ship?

We aim to process your orders within 48 business hours and we'll keep you informed along the way.

How long does shipping usually take?

Once your order is processed, shipping will typically take 3-5 business days.  You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at customercare@uzima.co as soon as possible. Our fulfillment department processes all orders expeditiously. Once orders are fulfilled and shipped, they cannot be changed/canceled.

What if I am not satisfied with my items? Can I return them?

We accept returns on new, unopened UZIMA products. Simply return the item (you pay the shipping) within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

We encourage our customers to read all our product details carefully to ensure they make an informed purchase, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. Please contact us directly at customercare@uzima.co if you have any questions about any of our products.

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately.  If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note with photographic evidence at customercare@uzima.co within 48 hours of delivery.

What type of payments does UZIMA accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay and After Pay payment plans. For more information on Shop Pay and After Pay, you can visit their individual websites.

Are UZIMA products vegan?

Several of our formulas are entirely vegan, but those that are not contain only clean, safe biotechnology created to help mimic our hair’s own elements, and are consciously sourced entirely sustainable origins.

Are UZIMA products cruelty-free?

UZIMA does not source ingredients that are tested on animals, nor do we test our finished products on animals. The keratin we use is cruelty free.

Are UZIMA products 100% organic?

While UZIMA uses organic ingredients where possible, our products are not certified organic.

Is UZIMA packaging fully recyclable?

I don’t have textured hair. Can I still benefit from UZIMA products?

Yes! While UZIMA was designed with textured hair in mind, our formulas deliver the same multidimensional benefits to all types of hair. Our product suggestions for non-textured hair are below:

Are UZIMA products safe for children and young adults?

All our formulas are safe for children and adults of all ages, with any type of hair, but we always recommend consulting with your child’s pediatrician or dermatologist in the event your child has any specific concerns or allergies.
